Virtual Tax Help

TAS helps taxpayers through virtual conversations graphic
Need tax help but don’t have a Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS) office near you? TAS now offers help through video conferencing.

How does this work?
Visit a designated location in one of the cities listed below to get face-to-face help from a taxpayer advocate in another city using high-definition two-way video conferencing. Similar to talking to a case advocate in person, this allows you to discuss your tax matters in a private setting.
